Assured Information Security (AIS) has an opening for a Senior Systems Engineer to support JCWA programs at Fort Meade, MD. This role combines strategic systems engineering, governance, and enterprise integration in a DoD setting.

Lead artifacts, governance products, and dashboards while advising leadership on architecture, risks, and enterprise alignment. TS/SCI w/CI poly is required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with extensive DoD experience preferred.
• Proven experience applying systems engineering to complex systems-of-systems architectures.
• Experience supporting large organizations with governance and enterprise-scale programs.
• Expert-level proficiency with Atlassian Confluence and Jira, including dashboards and automation.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, maturation, and governance of JCWA systems engineering artifacts and reference designs.
• Develop and implement enterprise governance products (Charters, SOPs, MFRs, SE Plans, ADRs).
• Evaluate and integrate enterprise capabilities (e.g., JCWA-ICAM) while aligning with DoD policies.
• Plan and execute large PI Planning events for 900+ personnel with effective materials and communications.
• Engineer automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting using Confluence and Jira.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to JCWA Lean Agile Center of Excellence.
• Coordinate requirements and priorities across Agile Release Trains, PMOs, and leadership.
