Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. seeks a senior Systems Engineer - Project Engineer V to provide technical leadership and programmatic oversight for complex defense & aerospace programs. The role aligns design, performance, and risk with mission requirements, representing engineering at the enterprise level.

Responsibilities include leading IPTs, guiding verification strategies, managing SOWs, and mentoring engineers. Requires DoD clearance and extensive lifecycle experience in DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, aerospace engineering, or related STEM field with 10 years of experience in project engineering.
• Master’s degree in project engineering or related STEM field with 8 years of experience.
• 14 years of project engineering in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief project engineer or senior technical lead for large, multi-phase defense and aerospace programs.
• Define and guide system architecture, integration, and verification strategies.
• Oversee engineering execution across IPTs and major subcontractors, ensuring compliance.
