You will provide technical direction and programmatic oversight across engineering disciplines to align design, performance, and risk with mission requirements. Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-disciplinary engineering projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong ability to develop and execute technical strategies aligned with program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief project engineer or senior technical lead for large defense/aerospace programs.
• Define and guide system architecture, integration, and verification strategies.
• Oversee engineering execution across IPTs and major subcontractors for cost/schedule compliance.
• Lead technical baseline definition, configuration management, and system integration planning.
• Chair or support major design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) with readiness and metrics.
• Provide mentorship and technical oversight to project engineers and functional leads.
