Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security in Berkeley, MO is seeking a senior Lead Design and Analysis Engineer to define, architect, integrate, and verify mission solutions for complex system-of-systems. You will drive MBSE, sensor integration, and mission planning across multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes deep systems engineering expertise, MBSE proficiency, real-time/embedded integration, and leadership across programs. Relocation and a signing bonus may be offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
14+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.

Responsibilities

Lead system-level definition and decomposition of requirements for system-of-systems mission integration.
Shape and maintain SysML/MBSE architecture models and traceability across the lifecycle.
Establish end-to-end mission system architectures and data flows; manage interfaces and constraints.
Lead integration of onboard and offboard systems including sensors and datalinks.
Mentor junior engineers and represent the program in technical reviews and demonstrations.
