Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking senior Systems Engineers to join on-site teams in the St. Louis area.

You will lead SE efforts across development, production, and sustainment for defense systems including fighters, autonomous systems, and mission hardware. Responsibilities include translating needs into requirements, guiding cross-functional teams, and applying MBSE and verification methodologies to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
• 4 or more years related engineering experience.
• Prior Systems Engineering experience including requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the systems engineering efforts on development, production, and/or sustainment programs.
• Translate customer and operational needs into system performance requirements.
• Guide cross-functional teams to define and maintain system requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and verification criteria.
• Perform analyses in affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human factors, survivability, security, and certification.
• Run design reviews and technical assessments to improve system performance and reliability.
• Mentor, coach and advise engineers across the program in SE tools, planning and strategy.
