Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking an experienced or lead Model-Based Systems Engineer to join the SEIT team. You will shape system requirements, guide integration and verification, and influence architecture to meet operational needs on a multi-domain program.

The role requires MBSE, SysML, and Cameo experience, with leadership across SOW development, customer collaboration, and program execution. Domestic travel and active U.S. security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 4+ years related work experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years systems engineering with design, requirements, verification and validation.
• Experience with MBSE, Cameo/MSOSA, and SysML.

Responsibilities

• Support/lead system architecture development and decomposition using MBSE (SysML/Cameo) to define interfaces, functions, and allocations across domains.
• Maintain alignment within EMVF team and with suppliers/customers; remove obstacles as a team.
• Support/lead the program in implementing MBSE within the digital engineering ecosystem.
• Support/lead development and provide quality review for EVMF deliverables with other engineering teams.
• Support management in maintaining cost, schedule, risks, issues, opportunities, and technical baselines; track metrics for program execution and product performance.
