Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) seeks a Phantom Works Lead Systems Engineering Analyst (Level 4) to join the Berkeley, MO team. You will lead MBSE-driven architecture work, decompose requirements, and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to shape complex aerospace programs.

The role requires a BS in engineering or information systems, 7+ years of experience, MBSE/Cameo/SysML proficiency, and an active US Secret Clearance. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering, engineering technology, or information systems.
• 7+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with system design, requirements development, verification, and validation.
• Experience with MBSE, Cameo/MSOSA, and/or SysML.

Responsibilities

• Support system architecture development and decomposition using MBSE (SysML/Cameo) to define interfaces, functions and allocation.
• Maintain alignment within the program team and with suppliers and customers; remove obstacles as a team.
• Support the program in implementing MBSE as part of the digital engineering ecosystem
• Support development and provide quality review for systems engineering deliverables with other teams.
