Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) in Berkeley, MO seeks a First-Line Air Proprietary 2 Systems Engineering Manager (Level K) to lead a high-performing SEIT team on a major program. You will drive MBSE adoption, ensure system integration, and mentor engineers across multiple IPTs in a fast-paced environment.

Required are advanced technical degrees and 5+ years in defense/aerospace with leadership in SE/Integration and Test. Domestic travel up to 10% and active U.S.

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in a math, science or IT field.
• 5+ years in defense or aerospace, with systems engineering leadership.
• Experience leading MBSE, integration and test activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Systems Engineering and Specialty Engineering using MBSE methods.
• Coordinate program integration and verification across IPTs.
• Coach and motivate a team; drive program and process improvements.
• Develops and executes new project plans and resource plans.
• Builds relationships with customers, stakeholders and peers.
• Oversee technical approaches, products and processes.
