Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in the defense or aerospace industry.
• Experience leading Systems Engineering, Specialty Engineering, or Integration & Test activities.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• At least one year of leadership experience OR completing Boeing's Exploring Leadership course.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE-based Systems Engineering and Specialty Engineering activities.
• Coordinate program integration and verification across IPTs and stakeholders.
• Coach and develop employees; drive program and process improvements.
• Develop and execute new project and process plans; set operational goals.
• Acquire resources for projects and provide technical management.
