Job summary

Boeing Phantom Works in Berkeley, MO, is seeking experienced systems engineers for a contract assignment to support MBSE-driven architecture development and SOW management on a challenging aerospace program.

You will decompose requirements, coordinate across engineering disciplines, and help implement digital engineering practices while aligning with customers and suppliers. Conversion to full-time and relocation to Saint Louis are considered favorably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field with typical role experience.
• 3+ years with Master’s or PhD, or 5+ years with Bachelor’s in engineering.
• Experience in MBSE, Cameo, SysML and multidisciplinary integration.

Responsibilities

• Support system architecture development and MBSE decomposition across domains.
• Maintain alignment with team, suppliers, and customers; identify obstacles.
• Support MBSE adoption within the broader digital engineering ecosystem.
• Review and quality-assess systems engineering deliverables with other teams.
