Qualifications

• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• At least 1 year in a leadership role or completed Boeing leadership course.

Responsibilities

• Lead SE and Specialty Engineering activities using MBSE.
• Coordinate program integration and verification across IPTs to ensure system performance.
• Coach and develop employees; secure resources and drive process improvements.
