Job summary

Courser is seeking a Systems Engineer III to lead Microsoft cloud and infrastructure initiatives for MSP clients. You will own escalation handling, design scalable solutions, and oversee identity services across on‑prem and cloud platforms.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and security practices, plus the ability to mentor junior engineers and drive standardization and reliability improvements.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in systems engineering or MSP environments.
Advanced experience with Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
Strong knowledge of identity management and cloud services.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior escalation point for Microsoft 365, Windows Server, cloud services, identity platforms, and backup infrastructure.
Design scalable infrastructure and identity solutions across client environments.
Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and cloud services.
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Support security, backup, and disaster recovery planning and testing.
