Job summary

Boeing Future of Flight's Phantom Works unit is seeking experienced systems engineers for a contract assignment with the EVMF team. You will shape system requirements, guide integration and verification activities, and influence architecture to meet operational needs.

Join a multidisciplinary team, develop statements of work (SOWs), manage changes, and provide technical and program leadership across the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 5+ years of engineering experience; or 3+ years with a Master’s; or PhD.
• Experience planning verification, certification, and cross-discipline delivery.
• Experience with MBSE, SysML, Cameo used in complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Support system architecture development using MBSE to define interfaces and allocations.
• Maintain alignment with team, suppliers, and customers; remove obstacles.
• Support MBSE within the broader digital engineering ecosystem.
• Review and support systems engineering deliverables with other teams.
