Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer for a Boeing Phantom Works contract assignment. You will lead system architecture development using MBSE (SysML/Cameo) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define interfaces, functions, and verification plans.

On-site in Hazelwood, MO, you will decompose requirements, support design reviews, and help implement a digital engineering ecosystem while maintaining security requirements including Active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field from an accredited program.
• 7+ years of work experience; 3+ years with MS/PhD.
• Experience in system design, decomposition, requirements, verification & validation.
• Experience with MBSE, Cameo, and SysML.
• Active Secret Clearance (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE-based system architecture development.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and design reviews.
• Decompose requirements and manage interfaces and risks.
• Capture architecture decisions in MBSE model and documentation.
