Link High Technologies Inc. in Florham Park, NJ is seeking an experienced MSP engineer to lead Office 365 migrations, Azure deployments, and direct client engagement as a trusted advisor.

The role focuses on delivering proactive support, coordinating migrations, and ensuring seamless service for our client base in Northern NJ and nearby regions. The position requires strong Windows Server/AD administration, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), networking, and firewall management, with on‑site work

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MSP or IT consulting environments.
• Strong Windows Server / Active Directory administration.
• Hands-on Office 365 and Azure experience.
• Solid networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, firewalls).
• VMware or Hyper-V virtualization experience.
• Experience managing corporate firewalls and backup platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Office 365 migrations and Azure infrastructure deployments for clients
• Support and maintain on-premise servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking (VLANs, SonicWall firewalls)
• Own escalated technical issues end-to-end - you're the person other engineers bring the hard problems to
• Keep client documentation current in IT Glue
• Participate in an on-call rotation (paid stipend + on-call rate) [confirm and insert actual on-call compensation]
• Work directly with clients as a trusted advisor, not just a ticket-closer

Link High Technologies Inc. is an established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Florham Park, NJ supporting businesses throughout Northern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and New York City.

This is an in-office position based in our Florham Park office, with occasional travel to client sites for projects and support. Applicants must have recent MSP experience.

Client Locations & Travel

Our clients are located across Northern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and New York City. Most client support is delivered remotely using remote tools; engineers occasionally travel to client sites for project work or complex issues.

Engineers report to our Florham Park office full-time, with flexibility when a remote day is needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $95,000-$105,000, commensurate with experience
