This position is a key functional role within our organization's Project Delivery team. The Systems Engineer provides Tier 3 escalation support and serves as the senior technical resource for server, cloud, and Microsoft 365 environments, while also delivering project work migrations, infrastructure buildouts, backup and security implementations, and automation initiatives from design through completion. The right person will be able to anticipate needs, think critically, balance project deliverables against day-to-day escalations, and support a wide variety of tasks with high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, tact, and precision.

Team members must establish a dedicated safe workspace that is free from distractions, hazards, and that is secure from unauthorized access. This includes following Ntiva’s IT User and Security Policies that include but is not limited to password-protecting all equipment, keeping confidential and proprietary documents secure, refraining from using public Wi‑Fi, having adequate arrangements in place to avoid significant interruptions from caregiving responsibilities during work hours (except in emergency situations with manager approval). Any remote work away from a team member’s normal expected dedicated safe workspace must be requested by team member, is subject to review by management, and must adhere to Ntiva policies and procedures.
