Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Systems Engineer for the Battlespace Awareness team in the US, with roles in Broomfield, CO and Waltham, MA. You will develop and validate tactical sense-and-decision software for C2 products and run simulations to produce performance insights.

You will work hands-on across the pipeline, turning real-world data into clear answers, and contribute to CI/CD tooling and customer demos. US security clearance is preferred; up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or software systems integration and test experience.
• Strong Python skills for data parsing, analysis, and visualization.
• Ability to read and reason about C++ or Rust.
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines and test fixtures.
• Exposure to kinematics modeling and simulation frameworks (AFSIM or comparable).
• Experience with Monte Carlo statistical techniques.
• Strong communication across cross-functional teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States; willing to travel up to 25%.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, run and analyze scenarios; build Python analysis to convert outputs to results.
• Define and instrument metrics; track as the system evolves to inform decisions.
• Support customer demonstrations; configure simulations for demos.
• Explain system behavior; characterize components and emergent interactions.
• Build data analysis and observability tooling; automate CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with algorithm and software engineers to optimize across the system.
