Red Arch Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer Level 3 to join our mission, bringing Agile SCRUM Master experience, Jira/Confluence proficiency, and expertise in end-to-end development environments. Basic requirements include TS/SCI with polygraph, 20+ years of technical experience and a related Bachelor's degree.

The role offers up to 16 hours of telework per week and a compensation range of $210,000–$225,000.

Qualifications

• Experience as a SCRUM Master in Agile environments.
• Ability to generate technical documentation.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• End-to-end development environments ownership.
• Trade analyses and lifecycle cost considerations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end development environments.
• Conduct system trade analyses across lifecycle.
• Develop system design alternatives considering cost, reuse, risk.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
