Job summary

Red Arch Solutions seeks a Senior Systems Engineer Level 3 in Annapolis, MD to lead Agile practices and end-to-end development environments. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, 20+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Salary range: $210,000-$225,000, with up to 16 hours/week telework.

You will drive system trade analyses, develop design alternatives considering lifecycle cost, reuse, and growth, and coordinate with agile teams using Jira/Confluence.

• Experience as an Agile SCRUM Master
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Experience generating technical documentation
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Responsible for end-to-end development environments
• Conducting and/or approving end-to-end system trade analyses optimizing system operations over its life cycle
• Developing system design alternatives considering life cycle cost, reuse, complexity, risk, system expansion, and growth

This role offers up to 16 hours/week telework.

Salary range for this position: $210,000 - 225,000 #CJ
