Red Arch Solutions seeks a Senior Systems Engineer Level 3 in Annapolis, MD to lead Agile practices and end-to-end development environments. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, 20+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Salary range: $210,000-$225,000, with up to 16 hours/week telework.

You will drive system trade analyses, develop design alternatives considering lifecycle cost, reuse, and growth, and coordinate with agile teams using Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in a related technical field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• TS/SCI with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end development environments.
• Conducting and/or approving end-to-end system trade analyses optimizing system operations over its life cycle.
• Developing system design alternatives considering life cycle cost, reuse, complexity, risk, system expansion, and growth.
