Job summary

Sterling Kohler is looking for a Senior Systems Architect – Payroll & HR responsible for providing technical guidance in the design of Payroll & HR integrations with the Workday HCM system. This role involves collaboration with Business and Delivery Managers to recommend optimal solutions based on business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, at least 7 years of experience, and must be authorized to work in the U.S. The salary range is $135,600 - $211,000 and the position includes day 1 benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of implementation experience in HR, Payroll or IT.
• Experience architecting/designing Global HR/Payroll system implementations.
• Ability to work independently and manage resources effectively.
