Qualifications

• 7+ years of implementation experience in HR, Payroll or IT.
• Ability to work independently and mentor team members.
• Experience architecting/designing Global HR/Payroll system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership designing Payroll & HR system integrations.
• Develop solution options and recommendations based on requirements.
• Create technical design documentation and specifications for projects.

Skills

Workday knowledge of standard connectors, APIs, EIBs and Workday Studio

Outstanding analytical, problem solving and fact‑finding skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage and prioritize time and resources

7+ years of implementation experience in HR, Payroll or IT

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
