Job summary

Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT) is seeking a Senior Systems Architect to work on-site at Mount Laurel, NJ or other listed locations. The role involves turning customer goals into executable system designs, leading development teams, and applying automated testing and analysis to accelerate deployment.

Applicants must be able to obtain/maintain an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance and be comfortable with hybrid/onsite work requirements across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or related field.
• 7–10+ years building, testing, and fielding products.
• Ability to convert requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong math and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Systems and Software Engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop test/data algorithms to quantify system actions and outcomes.
• Define system performance requirements by analyzing customer needs.
• Apply advanced tech to design innovative in-service and next-gen systems.
