Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to convert requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop test/data algorithms to quantify system actions, behaviors, and outcomes.
• Evaluate customer needs to define system performance requirements.
• Apply advanced systems/software technologies for in-service and next-gen systems.
• Plan, design, develop and verify life cycle system solutions.
• Analyze and decompose requirements, review designs, and generate/test plans.
• Perform analyses to optimize system architectures.
