Qualifications

• 10+ years of hardware and interconnect experience in IT/Datacom.
• Background in signal transmission or mechanical engineering acceptable.
• Advanced degree is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and technical strategy for high-speed backplane connectors.
• Serve as the technical face for strategic customers, translating system needs into connector architecture.
• Guide product roadmap with SI engineering, mechanical design and product management.
• Prepare high‑level technical presentations for stakeholders and executives.
• Provide rapid engineering support on complex interconnect problems.
• Collaborate with other business units to align narratives across the portfolio.
• Travel as required.
