Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Master’s or Ph.D. degree highly desirable.
• Role leverages signal transmission, EMI/EMC, or CAD for mechanical analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for customer solutions involving high-speed backplane connectors.
• Translate system requirements into connector architecture direction for hyperscale and AI/ML infrastructure accounts.
• Guide HSBP product roadmap with SI, mechanical, and product teams; align with IEEE 802.3dj, OIF CEI-112G/224G.
• Prepare and deliver high-level technical presentations to executives and internal teams.
• Provide advanced technical support on complex backplane interconnect issues.
• Develop differentiation strategy for HSBP products vs competitors.
• Coordinate with optics and other business units for a consistent system narrative.
• Some travel required.
