Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in mechanical or electrical engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years guiding interconnect solutions and system architecture.
• Deep knowledge of interconnect tech and how it fits a larger system.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and technical strategy for CBS customer solutions.
• Define system-level requirements including signal integrity and thermal efficiency.
• Develop specifications, schematics, and proof-of-concept models for CBS.
• Serve as primary liaison between cable cartridge manufacturer and OEM.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multiple business units.
• Create technical documentation and present at executive-level reviews.
• Address customer concerns and manage expectations across organizations.
• Travel 30–50% to support customers and projects.
