Job summary

Yusen Logistics (Americas) seeks a Systems Architect to lead the design and evolution of on-premise and cloud infrastructure, guiding a multi-site team with deep technical execution and architectural vision.

You will own reference architectures, standards, and roadmaps for compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud platforms, while ensuring high availability, security, and cost-effectiveness across environments.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in large multi-site, 24x7 environments with infra focus.
• Hands-on cloud design/deployment on Azure and AWS.
• Strong Kubernetes/container and DevOps, including CI/CD.
• Experience defining reference architectures and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable, secure reference architectures for compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud.
• Develop a roadmap of infrastructure products aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Translate requirements into logical/physical infrastructure designs linked to success criteria.
• Create standards and patterns to promote consistency, reusability, and quality.
• Provide governance; conduct architecture/design reviews; guide on-prem and cloud initiatives.
• Lead PoCs to inform migration strategies (cloud, hybrid-cloud, containerization).
• Collaborate with engineers and EA to ensure proper integration.
