Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in Computer/Mechanical/Robotics/Electrical Engineering or related field with 4–6 years in a systems engineering role.
• Experience with Jama or Cameo for architecture and requirements management; HiL planning and CI/CD automation.
• Proficient in Python and C++, ROS; knowledge of CAN-based vehicle networking; ability to work across US teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure technical excellence of the Metrics for Release and HiL groups and guide their integration within Torc's self-driving product portfolio.
• Architect scalable platform systems for validating autonomous driving software, including orchestration of distributed compute workloads, telemetry pipelines, and results delivery to downstream teams.
• Mentor engineers on systems design, requirements engineering, and best practices; drive KPI reporting and cross-team alignment.
