Job summary

You will drive compliant integration of new and existing self-driving components for HiL deployment, maintain traceability from requirements to tests, and push automation and KPI reporting to improve testing capabilities

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4–6 years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience with HiL test planning, execution, and CI/CD automation.
• Experience with Jama or Cameo for architecture and requirements management.
• Programming in Python, C++, and ROS; familiarity with CAN-based vehicle networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure technical excellence of solutions across the Metrics for Release and HiL groups.
• Architect scalable platform systems for validating autonomous driving software.
• Guide integration of self-driving components for deployment to HiL benches.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to verification tests throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor engineers on systems design and best practices.
