Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our IT team supporting a large Federal agency. The role will involve designing and implementing end-to-end systems, performing evaluations, and delivering documentation and training materials.

Ideal candidates will have extensive Relativity experience, strong leadership abilities, and proven success directing technical teams while aligning with contract requirements and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including ARMs.
• Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
• Proven hands-on experience in working with the systems used.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document a workflow process per policy.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and attorneys on system requirements.
• Lead a technical team and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Prepare system documentation and training materials.
