Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a related field with 5+ years experience; or master's with 3+ years; or 9 years experience in lieu.
• Current active DoD Secret clearance required to start.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive clear, data-driven conclusions.
• Experience with C2BMC, missile defense systems, or related C2/C3I domains.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and assess C2BMC software in development, tests, and ops.
• Support scenario execution and analysis for test events and operations.
• Run automated analysis tools and perform manual reviews of data and logs.
• Interpret logs, metrics, and reports to characterize behavior and verify requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analysis approaches and test conditions.
• Develop concise analysis products and visualizations for leadership and customers.
• Participate in reviews and debriefs; contribute to data-driven decisions.
• Improve tools, processes, and methods for repeatable analyses.
• Support ad hoc analyses as mission needs evolve.
