• 10+ years of experience with Retail systems, specifically POS.
• Experience configuring POS pricing and UI screens.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery – define scope, requirements, and timelines using Agile/Scrum and Lean methods.
• Configure and validate solutions – perform configuration, data conversion, testing and reporting.
• Own production support and stability – provide 24x7 support, perform root-cause analysis and maintain user documentation.
