Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Retail systems, especially POS.
• 5+ years configuring POS pricing and designing POS UI screens.
• Experience with technical designs, solution architecture, configurations, integrations, and master data.
• Experience collaborating with multiple suppliers, licensee teams, and cross-functional business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery with scope definitions, requirements, user stories, and Agile/Lean methods.
• Configure and validate solutions including application config, data conversion, and test plans.
• Own production support and 24x7 stability, root-cause analysis, coordination, and documentation.
