Starbucks seeks an experienced Systems Analyst to design and deliver scalable technology solutions, partnering across IT and the business to define requirements and build user-centric systems. You will configure, test, and support production environments while driving continuous improvement and alignment with strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with enterprise collaboration platforms and vendors, ensuring governance, data quality, and efficient support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise collaboration, productivity, SaaS, or digital workplace technologies in a large global environment.
• Experience administering collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, Smartsheet, Slack, Miro, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, or Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of collaboration platform governance, administration, access controls, lifecycle management, and operational best practices.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating partner needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience providing Tier III support, troubleshooting complex issues, driving root cause analysis, and coordinating escalations with third-party vendors.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS licensing, utilization, vendor relationships, and software asset governance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery — define scope and solution options, direct requirements and user stories, partner with project teams on estimates/timelines, and apply Agile/Scrum and Lean techniques to improve processes and outcomes.
• Configure and validate solutions — perform (or direct) application configuration (attributes, workflows, UI changes), support data conversion (extract, load, validation), and build/execute test plans while validating results (including complex queries and operational reporting as needed).
• Own production support and stability — provide (or direct) 24x7 support for critical systems, lead root-cause analysis and trend insights, coordinate cross-team/vendor resolution, and maintain documentation and training for users and support partners.
