Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a Systems Analyst to deliver and sustain technology and process solutions across IT and business teams. You will define requirements, design user-centered solutions, configure and test systems, and support critical production environments, driving alignment and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes experience with Retail POS, Agile/Scrum, and cross‑functional collaboration with suppliers and licensee teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Retail systems, especially POS.
• 5+ years in POS product/pricing configurations and UI design.
• Experience with technical designs, solution architecture, configurations, integrations, and master data.
• Experience collaborating with multiple suppliers, licensee teams, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery – define scope and requirements, partner with project teams, apply Agile/Scrum and Lean techniques.
• Configure and validate solutions – perform configuration, data conversion, and testing.
• Own production support and stability – provide 24x7 support and drive root-cause analysis.
