Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a Systems Analyst to deliver and sustain technology and process solutions across IT and business teams in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll translate requirements into user-centric configurations, test and deploy solutions, and support critical production systems to drive improvements.

Ideal candidates have extensive POS experience, strong Oracle Simphony familiarity, and a track record of Lean/ Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Retail systems and POS in large-scale environments.
• Experience designing POS UI screens and configuring pricing in POS systems.
• Strong collaboration across suppliers, licensee teams and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery: define scope, requirements, and timelines using Agile/Lean methods.
• Configure and validate solutions: perform configuration, data loading, and testing with complex queries.
• Own production support and stability: provide 24x7 support and drive root-cause analysis and documentation.
