Join our dynamic Technology team as Senior Systems Analyst where you will drive the administration, optimization and strategic support of our enterprise workforce management and core HR applications. In this role, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert for the UKG Workforce Management system (UKG Pro WFM) and partner closely with teams utilizing our PeopleSoft ERP ecosystem to translate complex operational needs into robust technical configurations, manage data integrations, and write advanced SQL queries to ensure seamless data integrity across our platforms.

Hybrid (Incumbent must reside in or be willing to relocate to Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex).

Required Experience and Education
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, computer science, or another related field.
- Experience: 5 years of business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing, installation, and training.
- Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive business systems analysis, project implementation or application support experience.
- Proven hands‑on technical exposure to system development lifecycles (SDLC), including requirements gathering, complex configuration, end‑to‑end testing and end‑user training.
- Direct experience navigating, querying, or troubleshooting PeopleSoft HRMS/Payroll tables and data structures.
- Proficiency in writing SQL for data validation, query writing and reporting.
- Strong technical proficiency in UKG Pro WFM (Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Attendance, Leave, EZCall, and Data Hub).
- Highly preferred: Direct experience configuring and optimizing UKG Geofencing for mobile workforce management.
- Highly preferred: Strong familiarity with UKG Analytics (building custom dashboards, advanced operational reporting, and data‑driven insights).
Responsibilities
- Provide expert‑level system administration and technical support for UKG Pro WFM and associated PeopleSoft modules or integrations.
- Configure, test, and optimize advanced UKG Timekeeping rules, complex pay policies, routing, attendance, geofencing, and Advanced Scheduler configurations (patterns, rotations and coverage rules).
- Identify, troubleshoot, configure, and resolve application bottlenecks, system bugs and hardware‑related clock issues (including terminal deployment and communications).
- Partner with HR, Payroll and operational business units to conduct comprehensive fit/gap analyses, evaluate design choices, and map business workflows to technical specifications.
- Analyze complex data relationships between UKG and PeopleSoft, ensuring flawless data mapping, interface validation and consistent business logic across systems.
- Validate and manipulate backend data using advanced reports, SQL queries, and data‑extraction tools (including UKG Data Hub).
- Leverage UKG Analytics and Data Hub to build custom dashboards, analyze workforce trends and deliver actionable operational insights to leadership.
- Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation to ensure high availability and timely support of critical production workflows.
- Lead technical aspects of system enhancements, service releases, interface deployments and cross‑functional HR technology projects.
- Build, execute and document robust test scenarios, coordination scripts, and unit‑testing protocols to ensure stable code and configuration promotion.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve complex application architecture or interface issues.
- Serve as a mentor to junior staff, system analysts, and subject matter experts; assist in assigning project workloads, monitoring deliverables, and onboarding team members.
- Author clear, comprehensive documentation, technical specifications and interactive training materials to empower end‑users and drive system adoption.
- Provide expertise gained from previous ERP implementations and operational knowledge to lead the team members through the design, configuration and implementation of the ERP application software modules or database and/or technical components.
- Use ERP software expertise and operational knowledge to evaluate and confirm integration and consistency of business process design across the ERP software modules.
- Identify customization, interface, report, ad conversion requirements.
- Facilitate decision‑making processes required to successfully execute project plans and contribute to the creation of an accurate project plan and task list.
- Define user authorization requirements and participate in the resolution of problems, concerns and issues as needed.
- Assist with the creation of test scenarios/scripts, coordinate testing efforts, participate in testing of designed solutions and verify/validate results of conversion efforts and testing results.
- Assist with the creation and delivery of end‑user training and training materials.
- Provide initial post‑implementation support to end users on the production system.
- Coordinate with other resources to identify, document, and resolve issues and assist with data mapping and validation.
- Assist with the internal and external communications regarding the business system implementation project and ongoing support; develop and maintain project plans and provide project status reports.
- Supervise lower‑level staff, which may include SRCs, Business Analyst Supervisors, Sr. Business Analysts, and Business Analysts; interview, hire, mentor, counsel employees; oversee training and determine work priorities of staff; evaluate work progress.
