Job summary

Southeast Health is seeking a Systems Analyst II to install, configure, monitor, and maintain multiple server, storage, backup, and data center network systems in support of its complex IT infrastructure. You will also install and manage various infrastructure monitoring tools and applications to ensure high availability and performance.

The role requires strong Windows Server and VMware skills, solid networking knowledge in a multi-VLAN environment, and a customer-focused mindset to support

Qualifications

• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining servers and data storage.
• Experience with datacenter networks and virtualization.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines preferred but ensures security.

Responsibilities

• Configures, installs, and maintains server hardware and software.
• Maintains datacenter networking to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Maintains server and system monitoring and management systems.
• Produces weekly status reports and maintains documentation.
• Supports system upgrades and go-live events.
• Takes after-hours calls when scheduled.
