Qualifications

• Ability to read and digest technical information.

Responsibilities

• Resolve help desk escalations using diagnostic tools and identified solutions.
• Perform systems maintenance including patching, health checks, OS updates, and configuration management.
• Participate in technology projects, complete work orders and service requests, and support process improvements.
• Share knowledge and coach less experienced team members on processes and best practices.
• Follow security, regulatory, and internal control standards while escalating complex issues.
