Job summary

Southeast Health is seeking a Technical Support Analyst Intern to support and maintain desktop systems and peripherals across the hospital and clinics. You will install, configure, and deploy software to workstations and laptops, while helping manage inventory and assist with preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent (required).
• MCP, A+, or other industry recognized technical certification (preferred).
• AS degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Exceptional customer service skills (REQUIRED).

Responsibilities

• Provide Level I technical support to clinical and line of business end users.
• Installs and configures end-user IT devices (desktops, laptops, tablets) for use throughout the hospital and clinics.
• Deploys software to workstations and laptops using manual processes and automated tools.
• Maintains accurate inventory of hospital IT assets and equipment.
• Assists with regular preventive maintenance on equipment throughout the hospital and clinics.
• Assists with troubleshooting and repairing end-user systems, including hardware and software issues.
• Escalates problems to senior staff in a timely manner.
• Maintains service levels consistent with defined Service Level Agreements.
