The position requires hands-on experience with Relativity, ARM workflows, and the ability to coordinate with COR and trial attorneys, ensuring timely, compliant delivery of IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including creating ARM’s (Archive/Restore/Move).
• Ability to create/refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
• Hands-on experience in the systems used, usually 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technical IT tasks and project work.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on IT needs.
• Design systems to meet defined requirements and manage documentation.
