Dev.Pro, a US-based outsourced software development company, is hiring a Senior System Analyst to join a fintech project for a global provider. You will bridge business analysis and system analysis, collaborating with product stakeholders, data engineers, and software engineers to define solutions.

You’ll help improve requirements gathering, create documentation, and facilitate Scrum events, while applying data architecture concepts, data lakes, and data warehouses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Strong technical background with solid system analysis experience.
• Experience with data engineering teams and data architecture concepts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and enhance the process of requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation with clear specs.
• Act as the main point of communication with product stakeholders and manage requested changes.
• Serve as a proxy product owner, ensuring seamless communication with developers.
• Facilitate Scrum events and resolve blockers to support effective collaboration.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including diagrams of solution workflows.
