Job summary

Meriplex-Communication in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to serve as the escalation point for L1 Systems Analysts and deliver advanced workstation and application support.

The role requires strong Microsoft 365 and command line skills, ITIL-aligned incident handling, and the ability to troubleshoot complex network and VPN issues while providing excellent end-user service.

Qualifications

• Must hold industry certifications (A+, Network+, Server+, Microsoft 365).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with triage methodologies and ITIL-based processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the escalation point for L1 Systems Analysts.
• Deliver advanced workstation support and customer-specific application help.
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity and devices/user access.
• Administer incident response and reboots; perform basic OS support.
