Job summary

Meriplex is seeking an experienced IT Support professional for its Colorado operations. The role focuses on escalation, advanced workstation and application support, and expert triage of network and server issues. A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure is essential.

The position requires clear communication with end-users and internal IT teams, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. 9AM-6PM MST shift, full-time role in Aurora, CO.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
Advanced knowledge of command line.
Understanding of advanced technical triage methodologies.
Intermediate TCP/IP understanding.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to end-users and IT teams.
Adherence to ticketing methodologies and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

Act as the escalation point for L1 Systems Analyst.
Deliver advanced workstation support.
Provide advanced customer specific application support.
Troubleshoot advanced network connectivity and devices/user connectivity.
Administer incident response system reboots.
Perform basic OS support.
Utilize basic Azure support skills.
Provide second level triage for virtual server support to reestablish functionality.
Follow SOPs to resolve all technical issues.
Administer advanced Active Directory support.
Deliver scripted application support.
Perform root cause analysis.
