Job summary

People, Technology & Processes seeks a Senior Systems Administrator at Fort Benning, GA to support ETS services including Active Directory management, cloud storage, STIG analysis, and scripting within the Army environment.

The role requires an Active SECRET clearance, a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with extensive government experience, and Microsoft 365/SharePoint proficiency, with strong DoD IA compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with at least 10 years of experience, or Bachelor's with at least 12 years in a technical environment.
• At least 8 years supporting student environments for government clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage ETS maintenance and cloud storage allocation; provide Active Directory management.
• Conduct quarterly STIG analysis and mitigation to ensure DoD IA compliance.
• Assist TRADOC TSAS registration for smartcard access.
• Resolve user accounts, network outages, remote access, and Wi-Fi issues.
• Develop and maintain the TRADOC Knowledge Management ETS SharePoint site.
• Maintain ETS registrations in SCCM and AD and register systems in NPS for imaging.

Position Title: Senior Systems AdministratorLocation: Fort Benning, GAClearance required: SECRETScope of Work: Provides ETS systems administration supporting the services required by the customer, including Active Directory management, cloud storage allocation, STIG analysis and mitigation, scripting support, and technology solution recommendations within the Army environment.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Manage maintenance and cloud storage allocation and provide ETS Active Directory management.Conduct quarterly STIG analysis and mitigation to ensure 100% DoD IA compliance.Assist students with TRADOC Student Account Solution (TSAS) registration for smartcard access.Resolve user account, network outage, remote access, and Wi-Fi issues with the NEC.Develop and maintain the TRADOC Knowledge Management (TKE) ETS SharePoint site.Maintain ETS system registrations in SCCM and AD and register systems in NPS for network imaging.Master's degree with at least 10 years, or Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of experience in a technical environment, with at least 8 years supporting student environments of similar scope and size for the Government or a Government clientSecurity+ certification (IAT Level II cybersecurity category)Microsoft certification for the 365 environmentActive SECRET clearance in good standing on the first day of the contract
