Job summary

TekSynap is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Aurora, CO team, providing Tier III IT support for secure government networks and maintaining servers, workstations, software, and connectivity. You will collaborate across teams, document incidents, assist with design and deployment, and ensure system reliability while complying with security requirements.

Candidates must have TS/SCI with Polygraph, a Bachelor's degree (or 8 years of directly relevant experience) and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or 8 years of directly relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier III escalation support for Linux, Windows, and Apple environments.
• Troubleshoot application functionality, performance, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain servers, desktops, software, and network connections.
• Document incidents, coordinate with OEM/vendor support, and ensure timely resolution.
