Job summary
Riverstone Enterprise Solutions in Aurora, Colorado seeks a motivated Principal Systems Administrator to join our mission-focused team. You will provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, support Tier I and II issues, and optimize operations across client/server/storage/network environments.
Qualified applicants will have TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph and a Bachelor's degree (or five years of additional Systems Administrator experience) and a track record of
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
- Provide Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and loads; troubleshoot and maintain network components
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning
- Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process
