Job summary

J&T Business Consulting seeks a dedicated Systems Administrator (TS/SCI Clearance With Full Scope Polygraph Required) to provide frontline IT support in an enterprise environment. You will handle tickets, manage assets, and document troubleshooting steps, escalating complex issues to Tier 2 and engineering teams as needed.

The role covers incident management, user administration, and knowledge-base creation, with opportunities for mentoring junior staff and contributing to cybersecurity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on technical/customer support experience.
• Experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to user inquiries via phone, email, chat, and help desk ticketing systems.
• Log, track, update, and route incident and service request tickets using ServiceNow, with detailed symptom documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Perform password resets, account unlocks, and user access provisioning.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot software, OS, and peripherals.
• Assist with inventory management and tracking of IT assets.
• Author knowledge base articles and document SOPs for recurring issues.
• Identify and report potential cybersecurity incidents to security leads.
• Mentor and onboard junior technicians and trainees.
