Abile Group, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator to support an Intelligence Community contract. The role covers desktop/server administration, data center services, and lifecycle management across multiple security domains worldwide.

Responsibilities include Tier 2/3 problem resolution, STIG compliance, on-call support, and coordination of maintenance with customers. A TS/SCI with CI Poly is required, along with a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of Systems Administration experience.
• Must possess TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly.
• 8140.01M IAT Level II certification.

Responsabilidades

• Systems administration of desktops and servers connected to LAN/WAN.
• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Support day-to-day operations and monitoring of client/server/storage/network devices.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 problem identification and resolution.
• Escalation communications to agency management and internal customers.
• Install/load operating systems and applications; maintain patches.
• Diagnose hardware/software problems across OS, hardware, and network.
• Configure and troubleshoot network components to improve reliability.
• Maintain security and STIG compliance using Retina/HBSS tools.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and disaster recovery procedures.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance windows with customers.
• Assist in backup/recovery plan development and testing.
